There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 80(CRA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Navarre gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 80(CRA). Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the House recess until 11:00 a.m. for a joint session. There being no objection, the House recessed at 10:56 a.m., to allow members of the Senate to enter the Chamber.
